Serve as the primary security point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
Build deep relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams.
Provide tailored security recommendations aligned to each customer’s infrastructure.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution of complex security issues.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
Design and deliver security workshops, technical deep dives, and enablement sessions.
Contribute to internal initiatives such as professional services engagements.
Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Sales Engineering, Support, or Professional Services) supporting enterprise customers.
Strong expertise in application and web security, including WAFs, bot mitigation, DDoS protection, OWASP Top 10, and API security.
Solid understanding of the internet and application fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, BGP, and modern application architectures.
Proven ability to move from reactive support to proactive security guidance.
Trusted advisor mindset with strong customer empathy.
Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Go, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.
