Key responsibilities & impact

你将主导社交媒体整体策略的制定与执行,提升品牌曝光度、用户互动率,并推动自然获客。
你需与销售与内容团队紧密合作,共同打造具有影响力、说服力与专业度的中文内容。
文案与内容营销制定基于受众洞察与营销目标的社交媒体内容日历。
进行内容研究,撰写与品牌定位一致的内容简报及主题方向。
以故事叙述、情绪共鸣与营销心理打造高影响力中文文案。
为不同平台设计吸睛 Hook、标题、CTA 及分平台内容框架。
制作高质量视觉内容:短视频、图文、海报、图解资讯、博客等。
每周在多个平台发布至少 5 条内容 (Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、小红书、抖音、YouTube、LinkedIn 等)。
利用内容吸引潜在客户并协助销售团队获取高质量线索。
与销售团队合作,使文案有效处理用户痛点、提升信任并加强转化。
分析数据并依据表现优化策略,提高内容成效。
于两个工作日内回复评论与私讯,维持积极的品牌互动。
每月制定、更新社交媒体相关 SOP,包括内容制作、设计流程、视频剪辑等。
追踪并分析各平台核心指标(以 MoM 数字与百分比呈现)。
提交月度报告,包括: 当月成果与亮点遇到的挑战与解决方式关键洞察及未来优化建议
汇报数据如: 社交媒体带来的销售收入粉丝增长自然获客(数量与质量) 互动表现(分享、收藏、点赞、观看时长等)

至少 2 年社交媒体与视频内容制作经验(须附作品集)。
精通视频剪辑与平面设计(须附作品集)。
能适应快速变化、以结果为导向的远程工作环境。
主动、自律、可靠,具备强烈的责任感与项目推动力。
熟悉主要社交平台的算法机制与内容运营策略。
具备优秀的中文写作与沟通能力,能产出高质量营销内容。
有成熟的说服型文案能力,包括 Hook、标题、CTA、脚本等。
深刻理解用户心理与购买旅程,能创作促进转化的内容。
具备数据分析与策略判断能力。
