About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development of tailored software solutions for medium-sized clients, mostly greenfield projects
Frontend development with React (Next.js) or Angular
Backend development with Node.js (TypeScript + Nest.js)
Integration of AI using Azure OpenAI and prompting techniques
Implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines
Deployment with Docker following the "You build it, you run it" principle
Conducting code reviews and creating detailed documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability
Use of the Claude Code CLI to improve efficiency
Collaboration with team members and clients, and ability to work independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer after vocational training or university
Vocational training as an IT Specialist in Application Development (Fachinformatiker/in Anwendungsentwicklung) or a comparable degree
Extensive knowledge of frontend and backend technologies
Familiarity with cloud computing and containerized applications
Experience with DevOps tools is a plus
Knowledge of container technologies like Kubernetes is a plus
Fluent German (C2) and English
