About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for planning, managing and successfully delivering IT projects for our clients
Act as the interface between clients and the development team
Capture, analyze and prioritize customer requirements
Ensure schedule, budget and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Proactive customer support and account management
Plan and run meetings, workshops and project status updates
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and projects
Support the further development of existing customer relationships
Risk management, including early identification and resolution of issues
Document project progress and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in IT project management or customer success management
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
Strong communication and organizational skills
High customer orientation and confident presence in direct customer contact
Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar)
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Business-fluent German and English
Experience in a SaaS environment or with digital products
