About the role

  • Responsibility for planning, managing and successfully delivering IT projects for our clients
  • Act as the interface between clients and the development team
  • Capture, analyze and prioritize customer requirements
  • Ensure schedule, budget and quality throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactive customer support and account management
  • Plan and run meetings, workshops and project status updates
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and projects
  • Support the further development of existing customer relationships
  • Risk management, including early identification and resolution of issues
  • Document project progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in IT project management or customer success management
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High customer orientation and confident presence in direct customer contact
  • Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar)
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or with digital products
