About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Adhere to CRM workflows. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including competitive analysis and pricing strategies
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively present them to clients
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of conveyor systems
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
  • Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in account management and sales, ideally in a technical or industrial field
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand and meet client needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills for addressing client needs and managing sales
  • Proactive and driven attitude with a focus on delivering results
  • Sales Management Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in business to business sales
  • Negotiation & Networking Skills: Expertise in negotiating deals and building lasting business relationships
  • Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A degree in business, sales, marketing, or finance is preferred
