About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage administrative tasks for in-person and remote training sessions, including participant invitations, RSVP tracking, and attendee communications
- Plan and execute social events for training workshops and conferences
- Schedule activities and events, oversee catering, arrange attendee transportation, and work with vendors
- Maintain the yearly training calendar and communicate changes to affected groups
- Prepare and print binders, nametags, signage, and other training materials
- Order, track, and organize training-session supplies and inventory
- Prepare training rooms, coordinate seating, ensure technology availability, and clean up after sessions
- Handle domestic and international shipping and material tracking
- Use FAST's internal software to track, update, and manage tasks
- Provide occasional support to the company's Managing Partners
- Work with the administrative support team at headquarters and support the Knowledge Resources Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity
- 1–2 years of experience in the administrative realm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance
- Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently
- Ability to problem solve with little to no oversight
- Available and open to occasionally work outside standard work hours
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future in the United States or Canada
