About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage administrative tasks for in-person and remote training sessions, including participant invitations, RSVP tracking, and attendee communications
  • Plan and execute social events for training workshops and conferences
  • Schedule activities and events, oversee catering, arrange attendee transportation, and work with vendors
  • Maintain the yearly training calendar and communicate changes to affected groups
  • Prepare and print binders, nametags, signage, and other training materials
  • Order, track, and organize training-session supplies and inventory
  • Prepare training rooms, coordinate seating, ensure technology availability, and clean up after sessions
  • Handle domestic and international shipping and material tracking
  • Use FAST's internal software to track, update, and manage tasks
  • Provide occasional support to the company's Managing Partners
  • Work with the administrative support team at headquarters and support the Knowledge Resources Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity
  • 1–2 years of experience in the administrative realm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to problem solve with little to no oversight
  • Available and open to occasionally work outside standard work hours
  • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future in the United States or Canada
