About the role
- Design graphics, layouts, and materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, websites, presentations, social media, and event collateral.
- Work closely with marketing, recruitment, and client teams to understand goals and translate them into impactful designs.
- Use your artistic abilities to convey complex ideas and evoke emotion through visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining web content, working with HTML, CSS, and WordPress to implement design updates.
- Support video and motion graphics creation using After Effects, Premiere, or other tools as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our materials engaging and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field (Graphic Design emphasis preferred).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and exposure to WordPress.
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere, and Dreamweaver is a plus.
- A meticulous eye for consistency, quality, and the finer details.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
