About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • A key success factor for mobilizing growth capital is an Investor Relations team that reaches out to the right investors at the right time — with relevant insights, smooth processes and time for personal exchange.
  • The main task of the Junior Manager Data & Operations – Investor Relations is the administration and further development of our Salesforce infrastructure as well as ownership of the digitization of data-driven investor outreach and the implementation of campaigns.
  • The role is embedded in the Investor Relations team and does not involve direct personal investor outreach — you create the operational foundation for successful Investor Relations management.
  • In day-to-day operations you are responsible for automated investor campaigns as well as research and data analysis for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Ownership of digitizing investor outreach — manual steps are gradually replaced by digital processes and tools (e.g., campaigns).
  • Administration and further development of our CRM infrastructure (Salesforce) — from segmentation through tracking to reporting, as well as analysis and integration of additional data points.
  • Independent management of CRM development projects in sprints: planning, prioritization, implementation and quality assurance.
  • Identification and introduction of AI-supported tools for more efficient processes.
  • Preparation, execution and analysis of campaigns to investors about investment opportunities and events.
  • Ongoing research of new impact investors to serve as a sales foundation for our IR managers.
  • Data analysis of the investor network for internal and external reporting purposes.

  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and interest in their further development and automation
  • Affinity for and initial experience with automation and/or AI tools
  • High quality awareness and a strong affinity for numbers and data
