Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience delivering scalable software products with SaaS architectures
Understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful Services
Strong skills in TypeScript or Python, with willingness and intent to learn both
Experience with React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and Docker
Preferably experience with UV, Vite, Redis Cache, Postgres, Express, and Inversify
Some exposure to event-driven systems or message queues
Experience designing relational schemas on relational data stores such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
Experience with cloud-service providers such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
Constructive in code reviews and willing to mentor junior engineers
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-minded startup where requirements change
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take on different assignments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent training experience
Awareness of AI/LLM concepts, Microsoft Office Add-in development, or clinical trials / regulated healthcare domain is a plus
