About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies
Prospect and appoint new agencies
Drive profitable premium growth and achieve financial and operational goals
Develop and manage agency partnerships and serve as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
Develop and successfully promote and support the available suite of Foremost products and services
Create, maintain, and execute high quality agency strategies and plans
Collaborate with field distribution partners to plan and align strategic components

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management work experience with progressing responsibility
Experience achieving consistent profitable premium growth and sales success
IA Distribution
Territory management within P&C insurance
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire.
