Manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies, prospecting and appointing new agencies to drive profitable premium growth.
Develops and manages agency partnerships; serves as the primary relationship between the agency and Farmers.
Promotes the Foremost product and service suite within the territory, handling a portfolio of moderately complex accounts.
Builds premium growth through agency relationships to increase market share.
Remote role with weekly field travel; hybrid work arrangement with in-office days for those within 50 miles of a Farmers office; occasional field location work.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred; CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire
Minimum three years of insurance sales and management work experience
Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success
Experience managing a territory of independent agents is highly preferred; Independent Agent Distribution experience is highly preferred
