About the role
- Responsible for achievement of new business premium objectives through quoting, counseling, and binding policies
- Evaluate and place risks with the appropriate appointed carriers
- Maintain carrier contract production standards
- Accepts, modifies, or rejects risks within set authority level
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex insurance related questions
- Build personal skill set by participating in industry related courses
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years insurance sales experience required
- P&C license required
- Obtain and maintain resident and non-resident property and casualty license required
