About the role
- Serve as the central point of contact for initiative rollouts across the East Territory
- Cascade key programs, updates, and timelines to Field Operations Analysts, Managing Directors, and market leaders
- Partner with internal teams (Field Operations, Agency Operations, Field Integration, and training partners) to execute change management strategies at the territory, market, and state level
- Identify risks, gaps, or readiness concerns ahead of major rollouts and recommend solutions
- Manage territory-level change management planning, including saturation and sequencing calendars
- Coordinate and support major territory-level events, including leadership meetings, summits, and large-scale field events
- Support territory-level communications by coordinating messaging, timelines, and distribution across audiences
- Maintain and manage territory calendars related to initiatives, rollouts, training, events, and leadership communications
- Serve as a coordination hub to reduce duplication, manage dependencies, and improve visibility across initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years insurance industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales, field operations, or enablement functions
- High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and executional nuances
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and navigating cross-functional teams
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and drive solutions forward.
