About the role
- Monitors product performance using quantitative analysis while providing actionable insights and enhancements to products and strategies.
- Utilize fundamental and quantitative analysis across numerous personal lines products.
- Communicate and present key metrics and recommended product strategies to leadership.
- Takes leadership role in special projects as assigned by leader.
- Develops long and short-term plans for their assigned product or strategy.
- Assist in the development of pricing and contract changes for product.
- Manages the analysis and research performed in the development of new products.
- Stays abreast of industry developments.
- Facilitates through other parts of the organization to accomplish results.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematical or statistical field preferred
- Masters degree preferred
- Four years experience in similar role or one year in Senior Product Analyst role
- PC Skills, including Excel, PowerBI, Power Point, Access, SAS, Word and basic programming for statistical purposes
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including ability to make effective presentations
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn advanced insurance pricing concepts and insurance terms and structure
- Ability to manage workflows and set appropriate goals and milestones.
