About the role
- Manages an assigned portfolio of core Foremost Independent Agencies
- Prospect and appoint new agencies
- Drive profitable premium growth and achieve financial and operational goals
- Develops and manages agency partnerships and serves as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
- Supports the available suite of Foremost products and services within an assigned portfolio
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- State insurance license preferred upon hire
- Minimum three years of experience required in insurance distribution
- Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success
