About the role

  • Designs and develops comprehensive architectures that integrate processes, applications, data, and technology
  • Leads the development and implementation of governance frameworks, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and best practices
  • Executes Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots for Power Platform and AI-driven solutions
  • Applies critical thinking and performs structured analysis
  • Works independently with minimal guidance to architect, design, and oversee implementation of complex Power Platform and Copilot solutions
  • Responsible for defining and aligning system standards and principles
  • May lead projects or project phases related to Power Platform adoption or AI integration
  • Reviews detailed designs and configurations to ensure alignment with high-level design
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in System Architecture
  • At least 3 years specifically focused on designing, implementing, and governing Microsoft Power Platform solutions
  • Demonstrable experience (at least 1-2 years) in architecting and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or related Azure AI services
  • Experience in delivering technical solution architecture required
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) models, administration, security, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
  • Experience with Azure services integral to Power Platform and AI
  • Familiarity with integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services
  • Solid understanding of identity management concepts in the context of Power Platform security
  • Experience with API design and usage
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • 4 years relevant experience in System Architecture within specific technology or platform required, preferably as technical lead
