About the role
- Develops and executes strategies to build business in the IA National Accounts portfolio
- Responsible for premium growth by prospecting for new business and managing large, more complex national accounts
- Takes ownership for business development initiatives within portfolios and to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives
- Mentors other National Account Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CIC and/or CPCU license preferred
- National Accounts experience highly preferred
- 7-10 years demonstrated experience in insurance including sales, marketing management, business development, strategy required
