About the role
- Using claims systems to accurately document files
- Manages a diary and handles first and third party auto claims promptly
- Adjusts claims through professional, interpersonal interactions with key stakeholders
- Conducts thorough investigations, confirms coverage, determines liability
- Inspects damaged property and vehicles, determines claims related damage
- Estimates the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or stolen property
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Successful completion of claims training program required
- Insurance Adjusters License in states where applicable required
- One year experience in a customer service related position preferred
