About the role
- Helps support the WC Product Development Manager
- Performs data analysis supporting growth and profitability in a region, or part of a region
- Performs detailed analysis of product, pricing, and growth at a countrywide, regional, and state level
- Gathers and manipulates data and information to analyze and work on moderately scoped issues
- Collaborates with business partners to understand desired business outcomes
- Completes and maintains competitive and marketplan analysis within limited region
- Provides recommendations using analysis and interpretation of rates, data, and trends
- Creates and maintains a collaborative relationship with field partners
- Support growth and profitability initiatives through product enhancements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, mathematics, management information, finance, actuarial science, economics or analytics related field
- 1-3 years related experience in Workers Compensation required, ie Underwriting, Product, Forms, Audit, WC Analyst, etc.
- General countrywide WC Product Knowledge of coverage, rules, forms, etc. preferred
