- Prospects and appoints new agencies
- Drives profitable premium growth and achieves financial and operational goals
- Develops and manages agency partnerships and serves as the primary relationship with agencies

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- State insurance license preferred upon hire
- Minimum three years of experience required in insurance distribution
- Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success
