About the role
- Responds operational support questions related to distribution functions including but not limited to compensation, incentives, marketing programs, initiatives, and staffing.
- Leverages available resources and technology to answer questions accurately.
- Accountable for measures including first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, documentation, and completing assigned activities.
- Manages inbound activities and documents contacts.
- Provides operational support and utilizes consultative skills to train agents and district managers on products, services and technology to achieve objectives.
- Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for multiple lines of business.
- Collaborates with other functional areas to support overall agent performance such as providing feedback and assistance on initiatives.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- State insurance license
- Minimum of three years of sales, marketing or insurance experience including knowledge of Personal Lines, Specialty, Life and Commercial lines product knowledge required
- Knowledge of insurance products, tools, and current sales management technology preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to secure 'buy-in' and convince others regarding best approach
- Goal oriented team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong relationship building.
