About the role

  • Driving new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policyholders
  • Conducting client consultations to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Selling and cross-selling insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

  • A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
