About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and support activities related to the Attraction and Selection process through employer branding strategies to attract the best professionals in the market;
  • Implement learning paths for all hierarchical levels by diagnosing and assessing the company's training needs to ensure continuous employee development;
  • Coordinate the execution of the Performance Evaluation process according to the methodology defined by the company, ensuring compliance with the annual schedule;
  • Coordinate the execution of the People Review based on the company's methodology to map successors for strategic and tactical positions;
  • Conduct studies and projects derived from the Compensation, Salary and Career planning, as well as specific business demands;
  • Manage the area's Performance Indicators, seeking opportunities to improve results;
  • Develop organizational Policies, Rules and Procedures related to the area;
  • Manage the area's budget and headcount;
  • Coordinate the Internal Communication process based on employee experience and the events calendar;
  • Contribute to the transformation of Culture and Climate through the company's defined essence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Generalist knowledge of Human Resources subsystems;
  • Knowledge of Labor Legislation;
  • Knowledge in Performance Management, Leadership and Organizational Climate;
  • Preferably 2 years of management experience;
