About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the order portfolio – Order-to-Cash (O2C) management.
Inventory analysis focused on recovering from stock shortfalls.
Order processing and review.
Manage order complaints and nonconformities; monitor customer satisfaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the customer service provided.
Periodically prepare and monitor OTIF (On Time In Full) for your customer portfolio, assessing supply chain performance and discussing improvements with relevant departments.
Participate in meetings with other company departments to present results, action plans, resource and support needs, aiming to achieve results in your area of responsibility.
Participate in periodic meetings with customers in your portfolio to discuss and present action plans to improve service levels.
Consolidate key customer service KPIs and internal service level indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Customer Service within logistics operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
Knowledge of SAP — SD module, and Power BI.
Hands-on profile with a passion for problem solving.
Flexible and adaptable.
Collaborative spirit, commitment, resilience, curiosity, ownership mindset, and the ability to interact across different organizational levels.
