About the role

  • Support job postings across multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, and partnerships with universities
  • Conduct careful resume screening based on the requirements and competencies defined for each position
  • Schedule interviews and conduct initial candidate contact, ensuring alignment of expectations
  • Participate in competency-based interviews, either supporting or conducting initial stages of the selection process
  • Administer, monitor, and score behavioral, technical, and/or situational tests
  • Keep the candidate pipeline updated and organized throughout all stages of recruitment
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
  • Support hiring managers in aligning job profiles, contributing to more accurate role definitions
  • Organize, update, and maintain the talent pool for future opportunities
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
  • Track and monitor basic recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate volume
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth initial adjustment

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection
