Project Manager

• The Project Coordinator plays an important supporting role in helping client marketing programs move smoothly from kickoff through final delivery. Working closely with Account Executives, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, you'll assist with day-to-day project coordination, keeping timelines on track, teams aligned, and work moving efficiently through the agency. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on exposure to all facets of agency operations, including Account Service, creative, strategy, production, and operations. We're looking for someone who is curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to grow a career in project management and agency life. In addition to supporting client work, this role may also contribute to internal agency initiatives, special projects, and FARM's own marketing and social media efforts.
