About the role
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available IT infrastructure architectures (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid);
- Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and security;
- Evaluate and select technologies and solutions that meet business requirements;
- Support the implementation of new projects, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture;
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, seeking efficiency and cost reduction;
- Ensure the security and continuity of IT environments, including backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies;
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, promoting integration across areas;
- Document environments and architectural decisions, maintaining clear, up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or specialization (preferred) in: IT Architecture, Information Security, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, or Technology Management;
- Technical certifications are an important differential, such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and VMware (VCP);
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure;
- Strong background in administrating complex environments, including servers, networking, security, virtualization, and cloud;
- Proven experience in designing and implementing infrastructure architectures, including hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud);
- Participation in migration, modernization, or infrastructure expansion projects;
- Experience in mission-critical environments, with a focus on high availability, scalability, and business continuity;
- Experience with technical project management, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and liaising with vendors.
