About the role

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize Grupo Artesanal's digital activities, including performance campaigns, CRM, e-commerce, content, and analytics;
  • Execute digital marketing routines with a focus on precision, discipline, and continuous improvement;
  • Run paid media campaigns, monitor performance, make optimizations, and track performance KPIs;
  • Develop periodic reports and analyses on traffic, conversion, and engagement;
  • Monitor the performance of the group's e-commerce sites, supporting content updates, campaigns, A/B tests, and improvements to UX and the conversion funnel;
  • Analyze indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, best-selling products, and cart abandonment;
  • Manage CRM flows and campaigns on the Dito and HubSpot platforms, performing segmentation, automations, and results tracking;
  • Produce data analyses, prepare management reports, and propose adjustments based on KPIs;
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial, Franchises, Medical Relations teams, and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, performance, CRM, or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Advantage: experience with HubSpot, Dito, or similar platforms, and hands-on e-commerce experience.
