- Farha Roofing is a family-owned industry-leading roofing company with offices in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona, seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales & Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our growing Kansas City team.

- Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships through direct outside sales; managing commercial roofing projects from sale to completion; serving as the client’s main point of contact during claims and roofing process; coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and crews; overseeing budgets, documentation, and collections.
- Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing sales or project management; strong communication; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders/roofs.
- Benefits include base salary + high commissions; location Maplewood, Missouri (Hybrid) and St Louis, MO; Job Type Full-Time; Compensation Salary + Commission $150,000 to $300,000+
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing sales or project management (residential is a plus)
- Strong track record of sales success in a team-oriented environment
- Great communication skills; comfortable with basic tech tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders/roofs as needed
