About the role
- Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Strategic planning, analysis that develops insights that support decision-making by stakeholders, identify trends and variances and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.
- Cost Control & Estimation: Monitor and estimate key financial metrics to ensure accurate accruals, strong cost visibility, and effective budget management.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for SG&A operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Monitor performance and initiatives: Follow up on SG&A and operational initiatives aimed at cost optimization and efficiency improvements, tracking progress and quantifying results against targets.
- Enhance reporting and communication: Develop and refine dashboards and financial reports (Power BI), translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align financial priorities, support decision-making, and influence business outcomes.
- Improve processes and tools: Continuously review and enhance financial processes, promote automation, and strengthen modeling accuracy and forecasting reliability.
Requirements
- Graduated in economics, management or any other related field that includes a strong analytical focus;
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering or FP&A;
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, having the ability to work with a large amount of data, analyzing patterns and proposing data-driven options/scenarios;
- Able to work with MS Office (Excel) and data modeling and visualization tools (PowerBI);
- Interested in building new tools and willing to improve the already existing ones showing creativity and critical thinking;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
