About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive process and policy amendments for worldwide execution of standards
Collaborate with accounting coordinators on reporting and accounting matters
Manage cash collections and record receivables
Ensure account statements are accurate and up to date
Reconcile partner accounts to ensure data accuracy
Gather and interpret data, analyze results, and enhance partner finance reports
Ensure all deadlines are met for monthly accounting close
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures
Serve as a partner-facing contact and respond to partner inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting, Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Finance Operations
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
Dynamic, responsible, autonomous, and exercise good judgment
Well organized and proactive, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
