About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Insights: Translate complex data into actionable business insights, communicating them effectively to senior leadership through clear reports and presentations.
- Optimize Campaigns: Collaborate with the commercial team to design and execute promotional campaigns to drive incremental ROI.
- Test & Learn: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to measure the incrementality of various promotions and customer touchpoints.
- Build & Automate: Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards using industry best practices to support core business functions.
- Identify Opportunities: Spot new loyalty, retention, and commercial opportunities based on exploratory data analysis, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Measure Success: Establish KPIs and apply analytical modeling techniques to measure incrementality for key strategic initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A fresh graduate or professional with 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a tech company;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses, confirm assumptions, and measure success;
- Expert in SQL. BigQuery experience is a plus;
- Familiar with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, PowerBI or Microstrategy;
- Degree educated. A quantitative field is considered a bonus;
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- Advanced in English, both written and oral;
- Excellent written and oral communication;
- Using R or Python for statistical modelling is a plus;
- Experience in Customer Analytics or Commercial Analytics is a plus;
- Curious about learning and applying advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems;
