About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to existing and potential customers via phone and email.
  • You will ensure a high level of consumer service in pre- and post-sales cases, coordinating with related departments to find the best solution for each request.
  • Your mission will be to transform the customer experience through smart solutions, teamwork, and excellent communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You communicate easily both verbally and in writing;
  • You have experience handling customer service by phone;
  • You are experienced in customer support and comfortable managing critical cases;
  • You are customer-focused, empathetic toward customers’ situations, and motivated to understand and meet their needs;
  • You are proficient with computers, able to type and navigate quickly between multiple tools;
  • You enjoy working in a team, contributing ideas and helping the department grow;
  • You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
