About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in driving the success of Brand Partners
- Manage regular communications with a broad portfolio of Brand Partners
- Maintain exceptional client relationships through clear communication and regular reporting
- Monitor brand performance from both operational and commercial perspectives
- Identify and resolve challenges faced by Brand Partners
- Provide hypercare support for Brand Partners during critical launch or issue periods
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for Digital Brand management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two years' experience in buying, merchandising, digital trading, or operations within luxury fashion or e-commerce
- Strong planning and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Fluent in English
