Deeply understand catalogue processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps
Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and develop structured, practical solutions that enhance catalogue efficiency and completeness
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Integrations, Operations, and Analytics to align on priorities and execute improvements
Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key actions
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making that strengthens our catalogue growth
Requirements
Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field
Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and inform recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and drive outcomes across teams
Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and processes
