About the role
- Managing a portfolio of strategic Operations and cross-functional projects.
- Leading key initiatives end-to-end, from prioritisation and business case definition to execution and delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies through analysis.
- Developing and improving project frameworks, documentation, and ways of working.
- Tracking performance and impact through KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
- Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and partners to align on strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Experienced in portfolio and project management, with a track record of delivering impactful cross-functional projects.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with experience of leveraging data and insights to create reports and business cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and mediating project conflicts.
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative, with a “can-do” attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments and works confidently autonomously
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the field of Warehouse Operations, Logistics and/or Ecommerce from advantage.
