About the role

  • - **Lead and Inspire the Team**: Lead, mentor, and oversee the daily workflow of the data analytics team. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, promote the development of analytical skills, and establish best practices.
  • - **Bridge Business & Data**: Act as the primary liaison between the data analytics team and the business units. You will manage relationships and expectations, champion data-driven decision-making, and ensure that complex technical insights are translated into clear business value.
  • - **Define Data Strategy**: Partner with key business stakeholders to define and execute the data analytics strategy, translating strategic goals into impactful data projects.
  • - **Collaborate with Data Engineering**: Work closely with the Data Engineering team to evolve the company's data infrastructure. You will be the voice of the analytics team, ensuring data quality and availability requirements are met to support advanced reporting.
  • - **Drive Self-Service Analytics**: Manage and evolve our self-service analytics platform, ensuring a robust environment that empowers business teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • - **Evolve with AI**: Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance analytical efficiency. You will have the opportunity to grow significantly in this area, applying AI to automate insights and solve business challenges.
