Account Executive

• Own new business acquisition among small and midsize airlines across Latam, running the full sales cycle—from targeted outbound and discovery through contract signature and first revenue—while building a repeatable process that scales.
• Build and qualify pipeline: Develop account lists targeting Latam, craft outbound sequences, and represent Farel at regional aviation events to engage airline executives and commercial leaders.
• Lead consultative deals: Run discovery workshops, quantify business cases, coordinate solution demos, and manage multi-stakeholder evaluations for six-figure ARR opportunities across Latam carriers.
• Drive contracts to close: Own pricing, negotiation, and commercial terms, partnering with Legal and Finance to reach signature and hand-off to Customer Success.
• Refine the sales engine: Instrument funnels, A/B-test outreach, and share win/loss insights with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to sharpen positioning and roadmap.
• Represent Farel in-market: Act as the face of Farel at trade shows, airline forums, and partner meetings across Latam hubs, cultivating local relationships and brand presence.

• Visit airline prospects in person — cold drop-ins at company offices and airport locations
• Draft and send outreach messages in German to supplement in-person visits
• Build relationships with airline decision-makers in German
• Schedule meetings for our EU-based Account Executive
• Keep the CRM up to date
• Conduct light research on prospects and contacts

Sales Representative, Part-Time

• Own full-cycle hiring: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, operations) roles
• Build and own the hiring funnel: Set SLAs for each stage, track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates. Present insights, not just numbers and propose adjustments when something's off.
• Drive proactive sourcing: LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, niche channels. Don't wait for inbound find the outbound leads.
• Raise the bar on process: Improve interview frameworks, scoring rubrics, ATS setup, and offer templates. Document what works; cut what doesn't.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience: Every candidate regardless of outcome should leave the feedback from Farel.
