Product Designer

• Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Partner with the Head of Design and Engineering to research, define, and roll out a world-class, scalable design system
• Elevate Fanvue’s overall UI quality, bringing greater sophistication, consistency, and visual polish across the product
• Own and refine high-impact UX flows tied to core KPIs, especially creator onboarding and activation, fan conversion, and checkout-adjacent journeys
• Embed AI into design workflows, using it to accelerate ideation, prototyping, demos, and iteration
• Contribute to shaping the Fanvue 3.0 product vision, helping make future concepts tangible through strong narrative and prototypes
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, and documentation aligned with production
• Run lightweight but effective discovery using data, user insight, and competitive research
• Collaborate tightly with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, high-quality, and shipped quickly
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, sharing rationale, trade-offs, and progress

Senior Product Designer

Full-stack Engineer

• Own end-to-end engineering for key Fanvue product areas such as subscriptions, payments, creator tools, or messaging
• Design, build, and ship high-impact features that improve activation, conversion, retention, and creator earnings
• Improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of Fanvue web and app, particularly in high-traffic and payments flows
• Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to scope, plan, and deliver work efficiently
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and own services in production
• Improve and maintain APIs, data models, and integrations that power core Fanvue functionality
• Monitor production systems, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause fixes
• Reduce tech debt and improve developer velocity across the product stack
• Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring

Senior Product Engineer

• Design, ship, and iterate on high-impact growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Build and optimise growth loops, referral mechanics, and viral features
• Rapidly test ideas across web, mobile, and internal tools to identify what drives measurable growth
• Improve signup, activation, and conversion funnels with a strong bias toward speed and iteration
• Implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to identify, prioritise, and execute growth opportunities
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and double down on what works
