About the role

  • Own and expand internal tooling, primarily Retool dashboards and lightweight development tasks
  • Learn Retool and the database schema through direct training
  • Build and maintain dashboards (chargeback monitoring, financial tracking, ops insights)
  • Experiment with automation and iterate through trial and error
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to self-learn and accelerate development
  • Support internal teams by delivering quick wins and tool improvements
  • Progress to making minor tweaks in admin systems and potentially take full ownership

Requirements

  • Early-career, graduate-level, or self-taught candidates (drive over CV)
  • Passion for building, experimenting, and problem-solving
  • Comfortable failing, iterating, and figuring things out independently
  • Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong logical thinking; numeracy/maths skills a plus
  • Creative and strategic mindset demonstrated via projects or hobbies
  • Excitement to learn and get paid to do what you enjoy
