About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 years multifamily commercial real estate experience
  • Experience in multifamily agency lending (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, or bank portfolio lending)
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing loan transactions
  • Curiosity and adaptability learning and responsibly applying new techniques, including artificial intelligence
  • Bachelor’s Level Degree (Required)
  • Multifamily and DUS/GSE loan production experience
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking and strong client relationship management
  • Ability to offer solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to work under specific deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Ability to balance multiple client requests
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Some travel is required
  • Proximity within a reasonable commute to the designated office location is preferred unless the job is noted as open to remote
