Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with management on efforts and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities
Work directly with lenders to develop their capabilities to deliver loans to Fannie Mae
Support customer engagement opportunities

What you’ll need

8 years relevant experience
Strong understanding of Fannie Mae multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting standards
Ability to deliver training on complex products and processes and support internal and external learning
Demonstrated relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and ability to offer solutions to complex issues
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex transactions to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders
Adept at delivering clear and concise presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
