About the role

  • Provide expert advice on overseeing customer network development and customer support activities
  • Support customer engagement opportunities and develop customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts
  • Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships
  • Lead the team in supporting and selling Fannie Mae products and services to expand access to affordable financing
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities for the team with help of executives and staff managers
  • Guide the team in providing subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations across the organization
  • Play a pivotal role in transaction management activities by partnering with internal stakeholders across the Multifamily Division
  • Provide support for operational activities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Requirements

  • 4 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
  • Risk Assessment and management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
  • Collaborate with individuals from various areas of expertise to achieve shared objectives
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence and supervisory experience
  • Strong relationship management capabilities with stakeholders, customers, and vendors
  • Proven ability to collect accurate information and explain complex concepts
  • Demonstrated ability in conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
  • Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Experience guiding organizations through planning and managing change initiatives
  • Business insight skills including advising, designing business models, customer and market analysis, forecasting, and benchmarking
  • Project management skills: managing project plans, resources, and people
  • Presentation skills: presenting information and ideas in an engaging, understandable way
  • Documentation and database reporting skills using tools such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • Skilled in Mural
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Proximity within a reasonable commute to your designated office location is preferred
