About the role

  • Provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for new products
  • Optimize Salesforce platform and other key technology products supporting Fannie Mae’s Single-Family business
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the lifecycle of features and integrations at the squad-level
  • Partner with program leadership to shape the product roadmap
  • Manage dependencies across different stakeholder groups and systems
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordinate daily delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Support change management efforts by creating training materials
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide guidance and coordination for junior product managers and business subject matter experts

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management
  • Experience using product management tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear strategic recommendations
  • Proven track record operating in a mature Agile/Scrum environment, with experience owning the backlog for a development squad
  • Familiarity with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft products, such as PowerPoint, Excel
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders and work effectively within a diverse team
  • Experience rolling out sales enablement tools and connected user experiences
  • Previous work related to digital product design and development
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
