About the role
- Provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for new products
- Optimize Salesforce platform and other key technology products supporting Fannie Mae’s Single-Family business
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the lifecycle of features and integrations at the squad-level
- Partner with program leadership to shape the product roadmap
- Manage dependencies across different stakeholder groups and systems
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordinate daily delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Support change management efforts by creating training materials
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide guidance and coordination for junior product managers and business subject matter experts
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product management
- Experience using product management tools like Jira or Confluence
- Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear strategic recommendations
- Proven track record operating in a mature Agile/Scrum environment, with experience owning the backlog for a development squad
- Familiarity with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft products, such as PowerPoint, Excel
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders and work effectively within a diverse team
- Experience rolling out sales enablement tools and connected user experiences
- Previous work related to digital product design and development
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
