About the role
- Leading the sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae Structured Transactions—including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries—across all multifamily asset types.
- Providing direction to internal teams and external partners on the positioning, sale, and support of Structured products.
- Building strong relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders by developing customized financing strategies and delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
- Elevating the Structured business by identifying deal opportunities, market trends and contributing to enhancing product competitiveness.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Fannie Mae multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting standards
- Familiarity with (or interest in learning) the intricacies of Multifamily Structured Transactions
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of multifamily financing
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and ability to offer solutions to complex issues.
