Assess internal customer (colleague) requests and collaborate with your team to solve business needs
Use applications and BI tools to explore and understand data, and provide financial insights and solutions
Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) applications and tools
Draft automated business processes and mechanisms to generate meaningful reports
Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other tools
Contribute to identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Partner with internal Accounting and Finance teams, serving as the primary point of contact between them and your business line

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Commercial real estate or multifamily experience; familiarity with affordable housing is highly preferred
Strong data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel and with moderately large databases and data sets
Excellent attention to detail, including when working with large volumes of financial data
Demonstrated ability to gather accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions, and reliably complete projects on time and as specified
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs and/or functionality.
