Key responsibilities & impact- Own the personalisation components business within Buying & Merchandising
- Manage demand planning for personalisation components
- Ensure planning, procurement, availability, and commercial performance
- Lead coordination across Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in merchandising, planning, buying, procurement, supply chain, or a similar product-led commercial function
- Understanding of demand planning, purchase order management, replenishment, and supplier coordination
- Ability to manage stock availability and component flow in a fast-paced trading environment
- Experience with licensed product, replica apparel, personalisation, or component-led product models is highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident using systems, trackers, and reporting tools
- Proven ability to identify issues quickly and prioritize effectively
- Strong communicator and collaborator
