Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across Fanatics' integration platform portfolio
Embrace and champion AI-powered ways of working
Continuously evaluate and expand platform capabilities
Drive the modernization of legacy integration platforms
Define and evolve integration standards
Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and extensibility
Lead end-to-end onboarding of new 3PL, 3PD, and vendor partners
Serve as the primary product point of contact for external partners
Drive the development of developer tools, documentation, and self-service capabilities
Partner with internal domains to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions
Manage dependencies and drive alignment across stakeholders in complex programs
Translate strategy into clear product requirements, epics, and success metrics
Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning
Define and track integration platform performance metrics
Monitor platform health and proactively surface insights that drive platform improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 - 8 years of product management experience
At least 3 years focused on API integrations, eCommerce platforms, or supply chain technology
Demonstrated experience working closely with external partners on integration in a high-velocity environment
Proven ability to design and deliver platform services with a "platform-as-a-product” mindset
Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns including REST API design principles, JSON schema definitions, API lifecycle management, message queues, event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration engines, and cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS) and observability tooling
Working knowledge of EDI standards and transaction sets (850, 856, 810, 940, etc.)
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent integrations across different partners, geographies, and technical stacks
Exceptional ability to operate at the intersection of business and engineering
Strong written communication with a direct, structured style suited to technical and executive audiences
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a problem-solving mindset.
