About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, motivate, and drive the success of a winning team
  • Keep the energy high and the positivity rolling
  • Back up fan engagement on platforms like Facebook, X, Reddit, Instagram, and more
  • Provide social listening reports to upper management
  • Adapt quickly to important changes to help lead the team to victory
  • Coach teammates during necessary plays to ensure quality assurance metrics are met
  • Review company-related social media metrics and insights across 900+ social channels
  • Follow up with Fans that provided negative survey feedback from their social media experience
  • Communicate quickly and efficiently with company buyers when Fans want to see product improvements
  • Provide clear Social Alerts to keep teammates prepared for recent changes
  • Be flexible for various shifts and mandatory extra time as needed
  • Use authentic writing skills to craft emotional connections with Fans
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis
  • Hold the team accountable for performance, quality of work, and growth
  • Use data analysis to map out the best course of action
  • Scout, hire, and train top talent as part of team development
  • Evaluate performance and offer constructive feedback to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree required
  • Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of sports history, teams, and leagues
  • 3+ years of work experience in customer service and/or call center environment preferred
  • 2+ years of previous experience providing customer support via social media preferred, across common platforms
  • Understand social media platforms, their functionalities, and their unique uses across the social landscape
  • Possess social listening skills and experience in building keyword queries
  • Multi-lingual candidates are a plus (preferred Spanish, French and German)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good Decision Making and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Comfortable taking calculated risks, adapting quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrates a team-first mentality
