About the role

  • Lead the design and creative execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing communications, including promotional emails, triggered campaigns, and customer journey messaging.
  • Design responsive email templates and campaign creative optimized for multiple devices, inbox environments, and accessibility standards.
  • Develop scalable CRM design systems and modular email templates to support rapid campaign production and consistent brand execution.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to bring lifecycle marketing strategies to life.
  • Translate marketing briefs and customer insights into high-performing visual solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with developers and marketing automation teams to ensure accurate HTML implementation of email designs.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual standards for CRM communications within the Fanatics Betting & Gaming brand ecosystem.
  • Create supporting assets for additional CRM channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Review and provide feedback on CRM-related design work to ensure creative quality and brand consistency.
  • Continuously iterate on email creative through testing, optimization, and performance insights.
  • Stay current with evolving email design standards, inbox rendering behaviors, and CRM marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital design, CRM design, or lifecycle marketing design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and responsive email design
  • Strong understanding of email client rendering behaviors, responsive email frameworks, and accessibility standards
  • Experience designing modular email systems and scalable template architectures
  • Ability to collaborate closely with CRM marketers, engineers, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy for digital communications
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume marketing environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Portfolio demonstrating email design, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and digital marketing creative
  • Animation or motion design experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and Fanatics events
